2023 Baltimore 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

Today, dedicated members from Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company united for a powerful cause at the 2023 Baltimore 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, along with other first responders from the area.

Our volunteers climbed the stairs at M&T Bank Stadium in full firefighting gear with heavy hearts but, honoring the FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11, ensuring that others could live. Each participant paid tribute to a FDNY firefighter by climbing the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center.

Your support means the world to us, as it directly aids the surviving families and colleagues of the 343 brave heroes who gave their all that fateful day.

We're proud to announce that Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company secured the #2 spot for overall donations, with one of our volunteers earning the #1 top fundraiser title.
