20 Year Anniversary of Historic Training

Twenty years ago this month, Firehouse Magazine published an article about a special and unique training that was taking place in Baltimore County.  While the article was published in April 1996, the training at a vacant Ramada Inn in Woodlawn took place in April 1995.  Several members from Owings Mills took part in the training with Truck 313.
